Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always notify you by email if there’s a delay.

Local Pickup (Charleston, SC area): Available at checkout
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Local Pickup
For local customers, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email suncrew@suncookery.com to coordinate a date/time/location when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping soon!
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at suncrew@suncookery.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is made right.
