We currently ship all orders via UPS. Orders are expected to arrive in 3-5 business days after they are shipped. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note at check out. We do not offer overnight shipping.

We ship our hosting collection boxes inside of a shipping box to ensure that the boxes arrive safely and damage free.

All sales are final. If you receive a hosting collection that is damaged, please send an email to:suncrew@suncookery.com. Include your name, phone number, and photos of the item or items damaged. Please note: due to the limited availability of each hosting box, we may not have excess inventory to replace items.

Orders purchased for local pick (Charleston, S.C.) will receive an email when your item is ready with the pick-up location, date & time.  Please show your emailed order confirmation when picking up your order.

Orders purchased for local delivery (Charleston, S.C.) —we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to schedule a delivery date/time.
